AyamasaI tried making some "blanks" to get rid of this scrungly old book I bought. One I used diluted mod podge on the base layer and it went super bubbly. The other I used Nearly Art glue but didn't spread it all over and it also went bubbly. I wouldn't mind the crinkling but the air bubbles annoyed me. I have managed to fix some by slicing through and injecting glue but still annoying. I guess the answer is to use thicker glue and spread it all over?

AndyPerhaps odd for a big, bearded fella, but I bought myself a (slightly late) 2026 calendar to scribble things down in. And it's cool and artsy and has a fox on it.
I'm finding, more and more, I need to go analog with things. Having my Proton Calendar sync'd across devices is okay, but sometimes I need to scribble. Especially now everything is getting a bit 'ectic. It's breaking my head.
So I picked this up. From Prism of Starlings. Who is in Scotland. And it's ace.

Aside from lots of bugfixes and stabilizing improvements to the codebase, some notable items were:
- New languages added, deeper translation of UI & better pluralization (p11n)
- In-app settings editor
- Templates support looping and date offsets for injections

- going all in on the ring binding system, including getting the overpriced puncher was the right choice. I know from the past already that enriching the diary by taping or gluing stuff in just doesn't work for me. Punch a hole in it and clip it in works perfectly. I think without the puncher I wouldn't like it half as much.

- frequency and monthly reviews have room for improvement.

- better emoji handling/support in editor
- π¨ themes are bundled in with the binary builds
- support for UI language switching. Only Spanish and Japanese atm, sorry. Will add more in next release. Please consider helping with translations! β
