nulla poena sine lege (lat.) – keine Strafe ohne Gesetz. Diesen jur. Grundsatz hielt ich in Deutschland und der EU bisher für gesichert. Das gilt nicht mehr. Es gilt jetzt das Gegenteil: poena sine crimine (lat.), Strafe ohne Tat. Wird gerade gegen Journalisten angewendet und von der Bundesregierung gestützt. Das ist ein Kennzeichen von Rechtsmissbrauch und Unterdrückung, also einem demokratischen Rechtsstaat unwürdig. Das sollten wir nicht tolerieren.
