A couple interesting items in Jose Huizar's docket this morning. The first is this astonishing FBI interview summary w/ DBS Honcho Kevin Keller describing meetings w/ developers. Forget what you learned in civics class. This is how your municipal govmnt works.
The US Attorney filed an opposition to Jose Huizar's motion for a separate trial b/c Ray Chan will argue Huizar's guilt. The argument is too inside baseball for me to follow, but check out the exhibit for some fairly salty sass from Chan's lawyer.
