La coppia de “I Raccomandati” Chanel Totti e Filippo Laurino ha vinto l’edizione di “Pechino Express – L’Estremo Oriente”, al termine della finale, andata in onda ieri 14 maggio su Sky e in streaming su NOW. Secondo posto per un soffio Jo Squillo e Michelle Masullo, la coppia delle “Le DJ”, terzi invece Fiona May e Patrick Stevens, la coppia de “I Veloci”.
“Lo zaino non lo toglievo neanche più, ormai ero abituata. – ha confessato Chanel dopo la vittoria – Non ci aspettavamo per niente la vittoria. Quando abbiamo percorso l’ultimo pezzo di strada prima del tappeto rosso, eravamo molto emozionati. A 18 anni vivere un’esperienza così è davvero forte, ma bellissima. Il telefono? Non mi è mancato, mi sono mancati i miei amici e la famiglia. Quando siamo partiti non avevamo idea di cosa potevamo aspettarci, ma piano piano siamo arrivati a capirlo. I miei genitori sono molto contenti, fieri”.
E ancora: “Non ho previsioni per futuri impegni in tv, per ora penso a studiare. Ho scoperto di avere una sensibilità spiccata, che non pensavo di avere. Mi sono sempre adattata a tutto. Non mi sono mai lamentata, ma ero tranquilla perché ero con Filippo. Non avrei partecipato con nessun altro se non con lui“.
Laurino ha aggiunto: “Quel che si è visto da casa è quel che è successo: anche nella vita di tutti i giorni litighiamo, ma dopo cinque minuti ci passa e torniamo amici come sempre. Siamo amici sin da quando siamo piccoli e questo viaggio ci ha unito ancora di più. Abbiamo stupito tutti. Abbiamo fatto questo programma come esperienza personale e per il momento non abbiamo intenzione di continuare a fare tv”.
E infine un bilancio all’unisono: “L’avventura di Pechino Express è veramente tanto stancante, non credo che la rifaremmo. Ci sarebbe piaciuto fare la finale con I Rapper”.
Ieri Total Audience di 456mila spettatori e 2,2% di share. Le medie stagionali sono importanti: solo il giovedì 538mila spettatori, +10% rispetto alla stagione precedente. Nei sette giorni 1.449.000 spettatori, +12%.

And still: “I don’t have any plans for future TV commitments, for now I’m thinking about studying. I discovered I have a strong sensitivity, that I didn’t think I had. I’ve always adapted to everything. I’ve never complained, but I was calm because I was with Filippo. I wouldn’t have participated with anyone other than him.”

Laurino added: “What you saw at home is what happened: even in everyday life we argue, but after five minutes it passes and we become friends again as always. We’ve been friends since we were little and this journey has united us even more. We surprised everyone. We did this program as a personal experience and for the moment we don’t intend to continue doing TV.”

And finally a unanimous balance: “The adventure of Beijing Express is truly very tiring, I don’t think we’ll do it again. We would have liked to make the final with the Rappers.”

Yesterday’s Total Audience was 456,000 viewers and 2.2% share. The seasonal averages are important: only on Thursdays 538,000 viewers, +10% compared to the previous season. Over the seven days 1,449,000 viewers, +12%.

Il Fatto Quotidiano: “Pechino Express 2026”, spoiler clamoroso: il post che ha anticipato (per errore) i vincitori scatena i social

Quando ormai manca pochissimo alla messa in onda dell’ultima puntata di Pechino Express, il programma è stato travolto da una polemica che nessuno si aspettava: la presunta rivelazione anticipata delle vincitrici dell’edizione 2026. Tutto sarebbe nato da un semplice post pubblicato, e poi rapidamente modificato, dall’account ufficiale di NOW TV. Nel contenuto, apparentemente innocuo, veniva annunciata la presenza di Jo Squillo e Michelle Masullo come ospiti musicali al Foro Italico. Nulla di anomalo, o così sembrava. Il problema è emerso nella descrizione del post, dove le due venivano indicate come “vincitrici” del programma. Una parola sufficiente a far esplodere il caso.
La dicitura nel copy Instagram è stata rimossa nel giro di pochi minuti, sostituita con un più neutro “viaggiatrici”, ma lo screenshot era già circolato sui social. Da lì, il dubbio: errore umano, fuga di notizie o semplice svista senza conseguenze reali? I commenti sul post, infatti, non sono mancati: “Perché vincitrici???? Hanno vinto loro pur non essendo finito Pechino????”.
Il paradosso
Il paradosso è che Pechino Express è noto proprio per il suo sistema anti-spoiler estremamente rigido. Durante le fasi finali, tutte le coppie registrano versioni alternative della vittoria, così da impedire la circolazione del risultato reale. A questo si aggiungono accordi di riservatezza molto severi, che secondo indiscrezioni prevederebbero penali elevate in caso di rivelazioni non autorizzate.
Nonostante queste misure, quello che è successo ha dimostrato che è molto difficile controllare la comunicazione nell’era dei social. Bastano pochi secondi e una parola fuori posto per trasformare un contenuto promozionale in uno spoiler di dimensioni enormi. Nel frattempo, il pubblico si divide: c’è chi evita ogni aggiornamento per non rovinarsi la sorpresa e chi analizza ogni dettaglio alla ricerca di conferme. Il tutto, in attesa della finale ufficiale del programma che andrà in onda giovedì 14 maggio.

As the final episode of Pechino Express was about to air, the show was swept up in a controversy no one expected: the alleged premature revelation of the winners of the 2026 edition. It all started from a simple post published, and then quickly modified, by the official NOW TV account. In the seemingly harmless content, Jo Squillo and Michelle Masullo were announced as musical guests at the Foro Italico. Nothing unusual, or so it seemed. The problem emerged in the description of the post, where they were indicated as “winners” of the program. One word was enough to explode the case.

The wording in the Instagram copy was removed within a few minutes, replaced with a more neutral “travelers,” but the screenshot was already circulating on social media. From there, the doubt: human error, a leak of information, or a simple oversight without real consequences? Comments on the post did not lack: “Why winners???? Did they win even though Pechino didn’t finish????”.

The Paradox
The paradox is that Pechino Express is known precisely for its extremely strict anti-spoiler system. During the final stages, all couples record alternative versions of their victory, in order to prevent the circulation of the actual result. To this are added very strict confidentiality agreements, which, according to sources, would provide for hefty penalties in case of unauthorized disclosures.

Despite these measures, what happened demonstrated that it is very difficult to control communication in the age of social media. It takes only a few seconds and a misplaced word to transform promotional content into a spoiler of enormous proportions. In the meantime, the public is divided: some avoid any updates to avoid ruining the surprise, while others analyze every detail in search of confirmations. All this, while awaiting the official finale of the program which will be broadcast on Thursday, May 14th.

A Pechino Express la missione più temuta è senza dubbio quella dei Sette Mostri. Che puntualmente è arrivata, nella settima tappa di ieri (in esclusiva su Sky e in streaming solo su NOW e ora sempre disponibile on demand). Il menù era, come da tradizione, decisamente poco invitante: larve di baco da seta, ragni, cimici, sangue d’anatra, testicoli di maiale, spiedini di scorpione e testa d’anatra. Ogni prelibatezza era disposta in uno spicchio di una ruota da girare, lasciando così scegliere alla sorte la portata dello spuntino.
La prova ha (letteralmente) piegato in due Chanel Totti, in gara con Filippo Laurino, e Michelle Masullo, concorrente de Le Dj con Jo Squillo. Le due concorrenti dopo aver mangiato rispettivamente scorpioni e cimici sono corse verso il primo secchio disponibile per vomitare o sputare il piatto appena mangiato.
La settima tappa, 804 km lunghissimi che ha visto le coppie muoversi, non senza difficoltà, dalla maestosa capitale imperiale Nanjing fino alla città di Dengfeng si è conclusa senza eliminazioni. A rischio eliminazione, infatti, sono arrivate le due coppie fin qui più vincenti, I Raccomandati e I Veloci (Fiona May e Patrick Stevens): questi ultimi, indicati dai Rapper (Dani Faiv e Tony2Milli), hanno avuto fortuna incontrando una busta nera non eliminatoria.

On Peking Express, the most feared mission is undoubtedly that of the Seven Monsters. Which arrived as expected, in yesterday’s seventh stage (exclusively on Sky and streaming only on NOW and now always available on demand). The menu was, as tradition dictates, decidedly unappetizing: silkworm larvae, spiders, fleas, duck blood, pig testicles, scorpion skewers, and duck heads. Each delicacy was arranged on a slice of a rotating wheel, thus letting fate determine the course of the snack.

The challenge literally buckled Chanel Totti, competing with Filippo Laurino, and Michelle Masullo, contestant of Le Dj with Jo Squillo. The two competitors after having eaten scorpions and fleas respectively, rushed to the nearest bucket available to vomit or spit out the just-eaten dish.

The seventh stage, 804 very long kilometers that saw the pairs moving, not without difficulty, from the majestic imperial capital of Nanjing to the city of Dengfeng, ended without eliminations. The two most successful pairs so far, I Raccomandati and I Veloci (Fiona May and Patrick Stevens), were at risk of elimination: these latter, indicated by the Rappers (Dani Faiv and Tony2Milli), were lucky enough to find a non-eliminatory black envelope.

Chanel ha rivelato: “La prima notte mi ero un po’ pentita di aver accettato. Non c’erano le videocamere, ma ero molto scossa e ha subito tutto Filippo. Poi, io ho scoperto là che avremmo dovuto procurarci il cibo da soli. Non lo sapevo, e anche quello è stato un tema difficile da affrontare”.
Essendo figlia di Francesco Totti e Ilary Blasi, Chanel ha vissuto sotto le luci della grande esposizione mediatica, subendone anche la pressione. Tutto questo l’ha portata a scappare un po’ dai riflettori, fidarsi solo di pochi e gestire da sola le dinamiche personali.
“Sicuramente quando le faccende della propria vita, come il divorzio dei miei genitori, sono mediatiche non è mai facile.- ha affermato – Tutti ne parlano e, nel mio caso, ero abbastanza grande per poter comprendere ciò che veniva scritto. Non è semplice legger certe cose, quando sai la reale versione dei fatti. Poi, io spesso gestisco tutto da sola e fortunatamente ho una cerchia molto piccola e fedele di amici con cui so di potermi aprire“.

As the daughter of Francesco Totti and Ilary Blasi, Chanel has lived under the spotlight of the media, and has also experienced the pressure that comes with it. This led her to escape the glare, to trust only a few, and to manage her personal dynamics alone.

“Certainly, when the events of one’s life, like the divorce of my parents, are made media, it’s never easy,” she stated. “Everyone talks about it, and in my case, I was old enough to understand what was being written. Then, I often manage everything on my own, and fortunately, I have a very small and loyal circle of friends with whom I know I can open up.”
