We did 3 infusions, which I think is enough to catch the main theme of aroma/taste. This won't allow you to dive deep into all aspects and how the tea changes over fell-blown session, but that's ok for a moment.

I've dived deep into Tawanese oolongs over the course of 2020, so I didn't think twice to grab a large packet of 300 grams from the vendor I trusted at the moment. It was a good tea, it's still is after two years of storage in not a very tight sealed packet! But it doesn't give you _that_ feel that you want to from "a pinnacle tea" like Don promotes.

Haudutin tänään erityistä teetä, nimittäin taiwanilaista Jin Xuania. Jotkut kutsuvat tätä milk oolongiksi. Jin Xuan teelehdet syntyvät jalostetusta teepensaasta, josta tämä omintakeinen, maitomainen maku tulee.
Milk oolongeja on erilaisia, toiset ovat maustamattomia ja toiset maustettu lisähapetuksella tai jollain muulla tavoin lisätäkseen teehen kermaista makua. Jin Xuan sopii paremmin vegaaneille, sillä se ei sisällä maitotuotteita.
