The cops arrest The Lizard King for breaking obscenity laws in Florida. Three weeks later, on March 23, 1969, teens hold the Rally for Decency in Miami drawing 30,000 people, including Jackie Gleason, Anita Bryant and The Lettermen. Using Pilot ink as paint wash and drawing ink to illustrate the short and dark poem by Jim Morrison from 1967 called Horse Latitudes. (Album: “Strange Days”)
Syo-Ro used for the sea wash and the text, using Pilot Elite pen and a sable brush.
Shin-Kai used for sketching using Kaweko Sport.
Cheated a bit with Faber Castel watercolour pencils to add colour to the “tiny monsters” and the sun.

To me this is a #memorableline from "Celebration of the Lizard", it inspired me to create and host a poetry website called "Pale Forest". It used to feature poems by me and others during '97 - '07.
