#NightOnEarth - 5 stories centering on 5 cab drivers in 5 different cities across the globe, all at the same time.

#LimitsOfControl - in the life of a calm, cool and collected spy.

#BrokenFlowers - a man receives an anonymous letter telling him he has a son and begrudgingly embarks on a journey to sus out the mother.

If you've enjoyed some of his more popular films such as #DeadMan or #DeadDontDie, I think you'll be right at home.

🎦 Obejrzeliśmy rodzinnie "Poza prawem" (1986) Jima Jarmusha. Ładnie nakręcony - w latach 80. chyba mało było tak estetycznych (szczególnie czarno-białych) obrazów. W przedstawianiu relacji pomiędzy postaciami autor posługiwał się lekką groteską. Jak to "lekką" groteską? To sami zobaczcie.

Kultowa czarna komedia Jarmuscha, której akcja rozgrywa się na amerykańskim Południu. „Down by law” (oryginalny tytuł) to wyrażenie slangowe mające kilka znaczeń – być outsiderem, nie przejmować się niczym, być chłodnym, spokojnym, a wreszcie – być „poza prawem”. I bohaterowie Jarmuscha są „down by law” pod każdym względem!
