What my IANAG™ ¹ eyes see on that rock, even in micro-scale, is that same ubiquitous purple coating being present in every crack and crease of it.
We've seen that everywhere, inside the Jezero crater and now outside it. So, if I dare make a hypothesis, whatever that process was, it must have started *after* the Jezero meteor hit the ground.
¹ IANAG = I Am Not A Geologist
So, what's there in that crumbled rock that is so interesting for the #Perseverance team to stop and investigate? Let's try to see what they may be seeing. In 3D.

… while in the cool of the night SHERLOC_ACI took the lead to examine the recent abrasion under deep-ultraviolet light, looking for several astrobiologically-relevant organics and minerals, carbonates, perchlorates, sulfates and phyllosilicates. (I can RTFM, but IANAG 🥴 )

Those blue / green minerals may be what gave the abrasion its pale ochre and slightly greenish hues.
The new location of #Perseverance at RMC 85.0000 in the Lac De Charmes area shows equally interesting rocks:

SHERLOC_WATSON images of the shinny rock seen previously at RMC 84.1192, captured under daylight and artificial light at night, show a very interesting surface texture:
