It's not in their "Customer's Bill Of Rights" to compensate me for ruining both legs trip and destroying whole days of my life, and that's ok.

All I need to do is convince 2 people skip JetBlue and we're even. If over time 200 people decide it's a bad idea - well then, you fucked up, didn't you.

You don't just get to treat people however you want with absolutely no consequences.

#JetBlue delayed BOTH legs of my flight this time and pretty much destroyed 3 days for me.

They're very sorry, but unfortunately their "Customer Bill of Rights" dictates that neither of these incidents is justification for any type of compensation.

So now I have 6 hours to sit here at the gate and make fun PSAs about #JetPoo.
