This was my pot for the peas. The peas gave us a few pods but died off very quickly.
I placed a few nasturtium seeds in there.
A couple days of not being very mobile & getting outside &….. there’s suddenly a very healthy #JerusalemArtichoke growing in there!
lol.
I guess when I repurposed the potting mix, I missed a choke that was still in it. Oh well.
Impromptu supper with purple potatoes, Jerusalem artichoke, Thai eggplant, etc. — the usual. Really tasty.
