A History Of Things To Come by Ian O'Brien, released in 2001 on Peacefrog Records.

"This was my third album, at a time when I was moving further into live percussion and un-sequenced synths, further into merging techno with jazz and was heavily influenced by time spent in Rio De Janeiro. Originally released in 2001 but mostly recorded in the late 90's. Also featured my first use of a software synthesizer (the idea of a 'software synth' was totally new back then, and they bore little resemblance to the sophisticated software instruments of the 21st century.)"
