Today’s my birthday, and I couldn’t have planned a better way to spend it.
I got a last-minute call two nights ago to sub for a show in Vermont, and now I’m spending my birthday doing what I love — playing piano with students, performing with a trio and a big band. Truly grateful for the music, the opportunity, and the chance to share this moment with the next generation of musicians. What a special way to celebrate.
