I have always been fascinated by the concept of perfection
and how it modifies the spaces we inhabit, the cities we transit, and the bodies and minds we have. Through documenting, staging, and collecting and categorizing photographs, I investigate the various human dynamics and emotions that shape our interactions and existence in the world we collectively live in.
My work explores the idea that no matter how much effort we put into fabricating a perfect life through perfect images, the inevitable chaos, will always interfere with even the most utopian of realities. In a world where we are bombarded with images of an idealized existence, I point out the beauty and complexity of imperfection.
Ultimately, my work is a reflection of the complexities of the human experience and how our interactions and existence affect
the world we live in. By investigating the perceptions and concepts of perfection or human canons, I aim to create a dialogue about the nature of reality and the various ways in which we navigate the world around us.
