I've just noticed that my measure is in fact 35ml - ah well, I'll just have tae, ca'canny (until I get to the good stuff that is😀 ).

For the first one - it's really not that bad (better than I remember). Buttery and a wee bit spicy. Quite sweet and grainy with hints of fruit (apricot?) and a touch of citrus. Very quaffable. Nice n oaky.

When the fuck did prices for The Yamazaki 12 year skyrocket? I'm pretty sure I got my first two bottles for under 80 and now it's 160 USD or much more (180-200) with online retailers? Hahaha, fuck no.

Like the yen is weak, this is bullshit.
