A Japanese friend gifted me traditional hair pins and hair jewelry for "special occasions" (the ones you see on women wearing kimonos).
I am very thankful for this thoughtful gift, I haven't received them but I know how pretty these are and only in my dreams I could have them. I wear hairpins but this is a whole different level.
