@7666 given the circumstances GSC GameWorld had to finish it under, it's a masterpiece.

Shure it does have #jank at release but no #AAA game these days is flawless.

Even #vanilla, #Stalker2 is a good way to enjoy 100+ hrs of excellent gameplay.

But don't take my word for it, as @fuchsiii …

If one treats it like a #PC, then #jank like this is common.
If one treats it like a #console, then one has no business fiddling outside #Steam.

And yes, it's not intended for users to fiddle with it! #Valve just decided to not be an asshole and let users own the hardware they bought, unlike #Sony, #Nintendo and #Microsoft!

I am getting ready for the #NewYear by adding more #jank to my life. With #dram prices getting astronomical, I picked up a so-dimm to pc dimm adapters so I can move some ram around and utilize some so-dimm ram that was collecting dust.

1) Replaced Windows Minecraft machine 16 gig ram to identical so-dimm ram
2) Will replace media server running 8 gigs ram with the 16 gig ram removed from the Windows pc.
3) That will leave me with two 4gig DDR4 sticks to use for testing or what not if there are no future issues.
