Yeah. He’s getting extra special careful treatment in all the details about the process of investigation, indictment, and trial. Any non-POTUS would’ve been arrested without warning. I hope they are giving a long leash on purpose. I hope they are letting him add more sedition crimes to future indictments. DOJ and Grand Jury are still working the #Jan6thCoup attempt. Watching him closely I suspect.

It’s past time for Democrats to use the 14th Amendment section 3 to expel insurrectionists. State Republicans in Tennessee and Wyoming have proven their willingness to expel legitimate democratically elected representatives for being minorities. The time for civility towards enemies of America is over.
