Also on the list should be preemptive pardons for #KamalaHarris, #TimWalz, #LizCheney, and members of the #Jan6Committee, at the very least.
Not appointing an aggressive AG and affording #DOJ full power to go after the insurrectionists and the masterminds behind the insurrection will remain the single biggest failure of #Biden, no matter his other accomplishments.

Yeah, our #DOJ wasn’t going to do anything about it on its own, just as it threw all the work done by #Mueller under the statute of limitations bus. It didn’t even TRY to prosecute Trump.

#Garland waited TOO DAMN LONG to defang #Jan6 #insurrectionists within the GOP and they have come back stronger to bite him.
