1) Have the people who committed the crime, failed to prevent the #crime, or enabled the crime be the same people who investigate the crime

I noticed you are a democracy advocate with small D. Being a lifelong Democrat, the behavior of some Democrats is troubling. You have the obvious ones, Sens. Manchin and Cinderella, but the SCOTUS issue is starting to expose that especially attorneys are more concerned about being in the club.
Example one, #Brett Kavanaugh neighbor, #JamieGorelick, who describes him as a nice guy. Gorelick, who got security clearances for #JaredKushner. Gorelick, the #MerrickGarland mentor.
It is more than worth a read. If I were in attendance at the speech I may still be applauding.
