On April 2, 3, and 4, the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia will stage Bach’s monumental sacred drama with Riccardo Minasi conducting and an international cast. James Gilchrist is the Evangelist, and Cody Quattlebaum plays Jesus. An event that goes beyond music.
