#MalachiRobinson, 25, pled guilty to luring a 16-year-old #boy into a wooded area in #KansasCity and #shooting him repeatedly.

The boy survived, but required multiple surgeries.

The 262-month sentence is without parole for violating the #MatthewShepard & #JamesByrdJr. #HateCrimesPreventionAct, expanding protections for #hatecrime victims.
