Nowadays, any #neoliberal acolyte--in particular, if their native language is English--is most likely linked to what #EdwardLuttwak called #Turbocapitalism, which I think aptly describes the policies #JamesBuchanan's #VirginiaSchool propagates (calling it differently, though) and #Trumpism.
