@satchel I feel like you could do that as a natural outgrowth of the setting in #JadeClaw , amusingly enough. It's a little bit of an older game but it has enough crunch to work with, and has anthropomorphic animals as protagonists, and I just think it would work.

TSR's old #BuckRogersXXVc had several "human" species, but no single human species. As does its clone, Overlords of Dimension-25. (👍 👍 👍 )

Arguably you could count Palladium's TMNT/#AfterTheBomb, @ARBco 's #MutantsInTheNow , and @gibletblizzard 's #FeralRPG since humans exist but aren't really playable characters.
