As has become tradition, tonight was Turkey Gumbo.
It was a busy day; we swap fall/Thanksgiving decorations for Christmas, which is a mighty chore. I was pretty tired by mid afternoon.
I browned the roux up in a T-shirt and shorts, with flip flops on my feet. I usually take a little more care when stirring Cajun napalm. No harm done.
