The internet seems to relish presenting me with things that will supposedly "blow" my mind, which is odd, as my mind seems to somehow avoid being blown. Maybe only stupid minds blow so easily?

It's more likely our collective need for everything to be stated in overwrought language to compensate for the overwhelming sadness of people who can no longer find joy in simple things, expressed in explosive terms to make the sorrow go away.
