@ChrisDuffley Ah well I didn't need anything from him I just wanted to praise his #JFW Scripts for Speak Dropbox and SpeakOneDrive.
hey #JFW? there is a new version out. It is the September update. You are saying I am running the latest version thoughk, and I know this one hasn't been updated for maybe two months? what is the deal?
Question for my #Blind friends, does anyone know if iMazing on the #Windows side is #Accessible with #JFW or #NVDA? I figured I'd ask before I purchase the thing sight unseen as it were. Thanks in advance.
And now Here is the same StemRoller program, but with #JFW loaded this time. As you will hear, it reads *everything* in the program just fine, where #NVDA wouldn't read anything at all. this is why I love having access to more than one screen reader. where one doesn't work, another one might.
#NVDA? this is not cool of you at all! I don't know why, but it seemd like you are hogging the computer a whole lot, and it is getting worse lately. before, it was only every once in a while, but this morning, and the past couple days, it is happening a lot more often. I like you because you do respond to things faster than #JFW, but if this keeps up, I will go back to using JFW instead of using NVDA most of the time.
now that is very interesting! I have watched a couple videos now where #NVDA has automatically read what I am assuming are something like chapters on youtube videos, where I have never heard #JFW do this. Is this a setting in JFW I need to fix, or does JFW not do this? here is a perfect example. @mcourcel posted a link to a video that has different phone ring sounds, and when each one happened, meaning when it changed to a different one, NVDA read where you can hear that one. here is the link to the youtube video.

@mcourcel I am trying AdGuard out, as I get a 14 day trial, but I am already not liking it. having all kinds of issues accessing it's interface with #NVDA. maybe I need to switch back to #JFW? do you use this, and if so, how are you accessing its interface?
I wonder why the following is? I think it might just be windows 11, but I could be wrong. so when you look at the system tray with #JFW *everything* is get toable by first letter navigation, but the system tray in #NVDA some things you can't get to, because some of them seem to have a space before the first word. NVDA and JFW are seeing something different when you look at the icons in the system tray, and maybe JFW is compinsating for the space that shows up on some of them? maybe?
now this is very interesting! with the station playlist addon for #NVDA, when I up and down arrow threw the list, I can see who made a request when one was made, but with the #JFW studio scrips, I don't see this at all when doing the same thing. I wonder if there is something I need to change in the studio scripts for JFW to see this? something for me to look into.
I really wish #JFW would read the echo lines in a batch file. I didn't put them there for my health you know. Trying to write a batch file that took a few of my batch files, and put them into one, with some echo lines in it, but for what ever reason JFW just doesn't want to read the echo lines for some reason. Maybe NVDA will? I might have to try that the next time I run this particular batch file.
