Only in January 2025 was it confirmed: he died from injuries incompatible with life.

#Dmytro was a son, a husband, and a father. He is survived by his parents, #Sergey_Ivanovich and #Lyudmila_Nikolaevna, his brother #Mykola, his wife #Vita, and two young daughters, #Daria and #Maria.

He was laid to rest on February 17, 2025. He was buried in the Alley of Honourable Burials in the city of #Izyaslav.

He was born on Valentine's Day, February 14. He loved his family, his land, and his brothers. The city of #Izyaslav remembers a boy with kind eyes, an athlete, and an officer.

He died from the explosion of an enemy air bomb that hit a bunker at #Azovstal on May 8, 2022. #Dmitry was only 35 at the time.
