I try to avoid flying, but sometimes I must. And when I do, I like to share the energy infrastructure I see.

Here’s #Ivanpah Power Generating Station (& some desert solar) from the air. I know utility solar is better, but I still think concentrated solar thermal is cool.

I have driven through this part of the desert more times than I can count. I don't recall ever seeing snow in the mountains though. A gorgeous scene of clean skies and clean energy generation.
