The State Bureau of Investigation has identified four racists from #Buryatia who tortured civilian #Ukrainians in the #Kiev region

At the beginning of March 2022, the deputy commander of the #37th separate guards motorized rifle brigade, Colonel #Ivan_Kiy, set up a prison in the village of #Vyshegrad, #Buchansky district. He ordered his subordinates to find patriotic #Ukrainians and place them there.

Civilians were interrogated using physical and psychological violence.
