It acts more or less like ground beef. My #itaki can’t sear, so I mixed it with salt pepper herbs and olive oil then boiled it in #beef #broth
Turned out pretty good! Will enjoy with #vegetable #soup and will also eat some as a #sloppyjoe

Been a while since I got to enjoy meal prep with my #itaki
Salmon filet turned out so beautifully. Also did honey mustard chicken and some broccolini, very convenient to cook them separately but at the same time.
I steamed some #fonio, an African millet grain that’s SO tiny with a fluffy texture like couscous! 🌾
Still working on the cook time for eggs. 😋
