Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh, moglie 79enne della Guida suprema dell'Iran Ali Khamenei, è morta dopo essere entrata in coma in seguito alle ferite riportate negli attacchi aerei israelo-americani. Lo riferiscono i media statali iraniani, come riporta Iran International. La coppia era sposata dal 1964. In precedenza erano stati segnalati gli omicidi delle mogli di alcuni dei figli della defunta Guida Suprema: Zahra Haddad Adel, moglie di Mojtaba Khamenei, Mojtaba Mesbah Yazdi, moglie di Hoda Khamenei, e Zahra Mohammadi Golpayegani, nipote del leader della Repubblica islamica.

Le Forze di difesa israeliane (Idf) hanno annunciato di aver distrutto circa 600 siti del regime iraniano con attacchi aerei dall'inizio dell'operazione "Il ruggito del leone" sabato scorso. Tra gli obiettivi colpiti 20 siti erano appartenenti ai vertici della sicurezza iraniana, 150 missili balistici e lanciatori e 200 sistemi di difesa aerea, secondo l'esercito. Da sabato, gli aerei dell'aeronautica militare israeliana hanno sganciato oltre 2.500 bombe che hanno decimato la prima linea dei vertici militari dei pasdaran e ucciso la guida suprema. "L'esercito israeliano non permetterà al regime terroristico iraniano di utilizzare sistemi di difesa aerea per danneggiare gli aerei dell'aeronautica militare israeliana e continuerà a colpire i tentativi di armare i lanciamissili", afferma l'esercito.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that they had destroyed approximately 600 sites of the Iranian regime with aerial attacks since the start of Operation “Lion’s Roar” last Saturday. Among the targets hit were 20 sites belonging to Iranian security officials, 150 ballistic missiles and launchers, and 200 air defense systems, according to the army. Since Saturday, Israeli Air Force planes have dropped over 2,500 bombs that decimated the first line of Iranian Revolutionary Guard military commanders and killed the Supreme Leader. “The Israeli military will not allow the Iranian terrorist regime to use air defense systems to damage Israeli Air Force aircraft and will continue to strike attempts to arm missile launchers,” the army stated.
