DEC 11 2023: the 2nd trip to the industrial areas at night, this time the #HigashiWard / #東区. I caught the bus to #IslandCity, had dinner, then began my walk around the perimeter of Minatokashi. It was raining pretty hard most of the evening. I then crossed a bridge to the Kashiihamafuto area. Here I got completely lost. Every time I thought I'd figured out my map, I'd end up going in circles. Finally, I made my way through a park and to a bus stop. (cont.)
