@danielholt Times like this, I turn to cozy, 5-minute games. Idle clickers, quick shooty games or Vampire Survivors-likes.
Something you don't feel like you have to play for 30 hours or get deeply into. Just have some quick fun. Not everything has to be an epic quest.
