Simultaneously hideously accurate but also shamelessly unaware:

A report produced by the Trump administration says the human rights situation in the UK has “worsened” over the past year.

I especially like this bit from the government currently holding universities to ransom unless they bend the knee to Trump and his cronies.

The US state department report said local and national government officials had “repeatedly intervened to chill speech”.

The Hanna Arendt award to “honor individuals who identify critical and unseen aspects of current political events and who are not afraid to enter the public realm by representing their opinion in controversial political discussions" was going to be aborted because the author wrote a piece on the pre-October situation in Gaza, comments like worries Arendt expressed in the 1950s.
