I am SO thrilled to see an #irishtwitter hashtag here on Mastodon as I begin to move my microblogging habits across.

Missed this detail from my #introduction but worth saying here:

Strictly speaking, I am Irish by virtue of the all too familiar tale of having one set of grandparents who hailed from Co. Mayo, which makes me a "passport paddy" according to some folks 😬🇮🇪🍀

But✋️as an Irish citizen who is immensely proud of my mixed Irish-Peruvian heritage, I figure I qualify as an #IrishTooter🤓
