Folks, making changes to the new circular before it gets released is what you need to contact your TDs and Councillors about. The 2014 doc is the justification for the SNA cuts, as it says SNAs are only to be used for toileting assistance etc and not for emotional regulation or focus issues.

Fact is the Irish government are not doing enough to aid those in crises of recent floods. We are a cournty of high levels of rainfall and there needs to be better systems in place to address these issues. The Taoiseach is just giving excuse after excuse.
