I wasn't a brush first girl. I was a fractal first girl. And then I learned how to do some glass. And then I was a filter first girl. LOL. And I am totally built by #Irfanview. That wasn't designed as an art tool. It was designed for #commercial #production. I learned so much.
I like this one enough that I will work on it again. This was done in #GIMP and #Irfanview. Infinite Painter takes me well beyond. (It is a HUGE deal at $12!) A #stencil is so superior to a #mouse, and #InfinitePainter surpasses GIMP no problem. Tools matter. Leonardo didn't paint with a brick! 😹😹😹

#Irfanview helped me explore #motion a lot. It's amazing how many things can be done with that utility. My #art tools until the last year and a half were primarily GIMP, Irfanview, and a '90s fractal generator I run in a Win7 VM. Now my main platform is #InfinitePainter. Other tools are feeds.

I have a finishing app on #Windows and on Android. For me, #Irfanview is essential on Windows. I can't believe how much I use that. #Gallery on #Android. Main function I use besides a signature is the manual controls. I use filters, but I count on #manual controls to #finish.
No #AI is necessary to be a successful digital #artist. None. Many might mock.
#Irfanview What I do with that tool I call #CHOPz and #HACKz. It is amazing. And utterly free. You can mass sign or #watermark your documents. It has filters. It has 3D making things if you dig and play.
Art is playtime.
