O’Sullivan, Wallace and NiMurchu all waiting on Mullins transfers. Grace will probably not get enough to catch Wallace and NiMurchu will probably go further ahead. So close though. Real pity because I go back to Labour and think of how bad those transfers were. With strong votes for Greens, Labour and Social Democrats, they should have had a seat between them.

I think it’ll be critical for Grace O’Sullivan to pass NiMurchu. Doyle of the Social Democrats has been eliminated and she needs a big transfer. The appropriately named Blight will do neither of them any good and Mullins of FG could benefit them both equally.

If she can get and stay ahead, it’s really all to play for with NiMurchu‘s transfers.

In any sane election, Labour and the Social Democrats would transfer to the Greens, but this didn't happen in the locals in Waterford. You'd expect FG to throw the Greens a bone too, what with the whole not being Nazis or SF thing.
But Funchion will get direct SF transfers, Ní Mhurchú and McNamara on bigger numbers and Mick Wallace, who knows?
