I don't use just #TorBrowser: Instead, the Advanced Privacy app pre-installed on /e/OS routes my phone's entire internet traffic through Tor, and on my Lineage OS tablet, this is done using #InviZiblePro.
While there's no Tor VPN desktop program, the pure Tor package provides a SOCKS5 proxy on 127.0.0.1:9050 for other apps. With the #SmartProxy Firefox addon, you can easily control which websites should be accessed via #Tor and which via clearnet.
InviZible Pro
Android application for Internet privacy and security
InviZible Pro combines the strengths of Tor, DNSCrypt, and Purple I2P to provide a comprehensive solution for online privacy, security, and anonymity. You can use them all together or activate only one or two at once.

Sorry for the late response.
The #InviziblePro app sounds like a compelling solution that one can use mobile devices, with the help of friends at #FDroid.
Unfortunately, it seems #Australia don't allow ethical #telephony devices into the country. What we mean when we say that is devices that can easily be flashed with ethical #FOSS firmware. Otherwise it would be a contender.
Today we prescribe to #APAB or #AllPhonesAreBad.
