Two gigs in Berlin this coming week: I am performing Swirling Qubits by Eduardo Reck Miranda at the Einstein Centre for Digital Future on Tuesday 30 January and at #Radialsystem on Friday 2 February for #CTMFestival Here is a picture from the rehearsals. I am going to use the Tensile wearable that we have developed at the #UdKBerlin Wearable Computing group for the #InterwovenSoundSpaces project. More links in the thread.
Some great pictures taken by Nikolaus Brade at the #InterwovenSoundSpaces concert. Live audio video connection between Konzertsaal UdK Berlin and Studio Acusticum Piteå for a concert with Norrbotten NEO and KNM Berlin playing together. Two of the composers, Cat Hope and Malte Giesen , were in the audience in Berlin and presented their pieces before the performance.

We made it! Two ensembles performing together from two concert halls, almost 2000 Km apart. Ensemble KNM Berlin and Norrbotten NEO performed from Konzertsaal der UdK Berlin and Studio Acusticum respectively, exchanging sounds as well as data from the interactive wearables that were designed specifically for the #InterwovenSoundSpaces project. This is a still taken by @catahope Cat Hope at Konzertsaal during the world premiere of her piece The Drift, written for the project.
