Does anyone know if bale.ai or web.bale.ai as the web based version have been working recently to communicate wich people in Iran?

We have been told that the text messaging is working but now I can't even open the website anymore, even tried with a VPN from different countries.

As far as I know everything except for a few DNS queries is completely blocked...
