Brightening my day and taking part in International Day of Pink.
People deserve to feel safe and included in society.
We observe the International Day of Pink, a day dedicated to standing against bullying, discrimination, and homophobia.
This day reminds us of the importance of promoting acceptance, diversity, and inclusion for all, especially within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Let's wear pink and stand together to create a more inclusive and compassionate world.

We celebrate International Day of Pink by remembering our murdered queer siblings (and those who weren't but were accused of being queer), including Gabriel Fernandez, Anthony Avalos, and Tyler Clementi.
Today, on International Day of Pink, I'd like to celebrate these three souls, and countless other queer people of all ages whose names I don't know and may never know, whose stories were told but may never reach my ears.
