According to my calendar, which I have not fact checked, it's #InternationalCrochetDay today! So happy that, crochet friends!
To celebrate, here's a project I started at the beginning of the week. It's the first bit of the front panel of this dress (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/p18-pineapple-mini-dress) and I'm very excited.
Japanese pattern though, so there was the usual pre-project confusion and maths but I reckon I've got it cracked now :D

In honour of the day, then, presenting my two main crochet WIPs.
One of which, the green cabled shrug, you have seen a lot of lately. The other one is a cropped cardigan made from Sirdar Jewelspun and I'm honestly not sure if I love it or hate it so far, but the weather is cold enough to work on it a bit tonight so maybe we'll get closer to finding out 🤔
