The #FSBIOutreachGrant recently supported a plastics workshop and community beach clean-up in Tobago, led by Charlotte Robison-Smith. Cardiff University, local NGOs and fishing communities came together to remove masses of plastic debris, mostly consisting of discarded fishing gear from valuable reef habitats, contributing vital data to global marine litter databases! #MarineConservation #GhostNets #PlasticPollution #microplastics #SEMPR #InternationalCoastalCleanup #Tobago
