Back to the grind today; started W1D1 of Bullmastiff with easy 4x6+x100 kg (220 lb) DLs; got 12 on the last set @ RPE 7 as my hamstrings are fried from last week. #strengthtraining
Then went straight to #bjj which I started ~6 weeks ago and am _really_ enjoying, and it is in fact not full of Joe Rogan fanboys.
Broke fast at 17h45m; back on the #ketosis wagon. Generally feeling pretty upbeat and looking forward to see the progress over the next 18 weeks. Now to work. 😭
