Footage taken from during Intense Tropical Cyclone Idai, the worst Tropical Cyclone disasters in the Southern Hemisphere, which made landfall in Mozambique during the Current Tropical Cyclone season for the SW Indian Ocean. It was equivelent to a Category 4 on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale, though this video looking at it probably was taken after the Eye had passed, and the winds were dying down (though wind of video can be decieving)

Intense Tropical Cyclone Idai is the most costly and deadly Tropical Cyclone of the current South West Indian Ocean Tropical Cyclone Season (giving the season is still ongoing we can hope it doesn't get beaten but the cards aren't off the table).

It made landfall in Mozambique as a Category 3 Tropical Cyclone on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale on the 15th of March 2019 (only last week).

It is also an example of the rare instances of a Tropical Cyclone intensifying to Tropical Storm force while centered overland (It likely had strong convective rainbands form over the Ocean to actually get at that heat and gave it energy as those wrapped in, baroclinic factors may have also been involved)
