Sicilian Lemon Extract

An intense lemon flavour and aroma, stronger and more sweetly flavoured than simple lemon oil, accompanied by a very slight lemon blossom fragrance. When used in combination with freshly grated lemon zest and juice, the result has a much more powerful lemon flavour.
