That new noodle shop next to Cleo’s/ the Ninth Avenue Saloon has closed almost as soon as they opened. They took over from another place and poof new name new menu.
This is 9th just south of 46th. There was a couple behind me (you can see them in reflection) who had wanted to get lunch there, but were seeing the “Closed by health department“ sign for the first time. They were also selling “Paper Steak”.
