Some white flowers have popped up in the grass strip in front of our house. My husband jokingly said it's Edwlweiss, which doesn't grow here in the wild, but they are little pretty white flowers. In my sketches I'm not bound by reality and since I had this piece of selvedge, I decided to use that as a sort of base for the colours. I love making skirts because basically you don't need a pattern thus no need to work very precise. This would be different when making a dress. Now I'm wondering if I should take the challenge because of the fun of it, but I prefer skirts anyway and downside is it could also make me very frustrated. On the other hand, when all fails, I can still make a skirt from whatever I attempted 😅😂

I'm not very good in getting plants from seed. So today went out to get some tomato plants. I tried several years in our back garden because DH doesn't like a vegetable garden in our front garden. But our front garden gets better sun. Still not ideal because too many trees, but worth a try. So this year I got the get go and looking forward to trying it with somewhat better circumstances.
