My Japanese friend whom I met when we were both still studying. She moved back to Japan after that but we kept in touch.She came over this past year with her children.Today they left again. How symbolic I found a Japanese stamp with three flying cranes eastward, back to the land of the rising sun. I tried to find a stamp with a windmill, but I don't have one 😅, so one of Amsterdam is also very fitting as that's where we first met >30 years ago. 37/100 #The100DayProject #FountainPen #InkyParker51

I was reminded I have a small stamp collection. As I'm trying to declutter I decided to use them in my artwork. Starting off with a few human rights stamps. It seems only fitting since governments all over the world are demolishing human rights, I might as well get rid of these stamps too.
