I always have an "art mess" or two laying around in the house because I want to make it as effortless as possible to draw throughout the day. Reducing frixion is one of the most effective ways to change behavior.

I also always have a dumbell laying around on the floor for the same reason. I manage to do the recommended amount of strength training by exercising in several short bursts throughout the day.

A summer evening on a terrace on the channel coast. While waiting for dinner, I observed this couple. The lady was pulling all the registers to charm the guy . I didn't see his face but his corporal language showed that he was captured. What a nice moment, it made me think of a midsummer night's dream.

A #Berck au jardin d'un restaurant. J'attendais d'être servis et observais ce couple. Elle développait tout son charme et vu de dos par le langage corporel de son vis à vis cela marchait. Cela m'a fait pensé un peu au songe d'une nuit d'été.
L'été commence à me manquer!
